Stuket acts as a venue to connect buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or inspect the items listed.

• As-Is Basis: All transactions are between users. Stuket is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items.
• Disputes: While we may assist in resolving disputes, we are not liable for any financial loss.

5. Content Ownership

By posting content (photos, descriptions), you grant Stuket a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service. You represent that you own the rights to the content you post.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

7. Changes to Terms
